What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Global Director, Field Planning & Performance to own the planning and performance engine of our revenue organization — the discipline that translates strategy into coverage, targets, and the operating rhythms that keep the field on track. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations, you will own go-to-market coverage and role design, territory and quota planning, field incentive compensation, revenue modeling and predictive forecasting, and the performance analytics and operating rhythms that give leadership a clear, data-driven view of the business.
This is a pivotal moment for CoreWeave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler. You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to how CoreWeave plans and measures the revenue organization while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave. As the owner of this Center of Excellence, you will lead and grow the Field Planning & Performance team, set the planning and performance standard that the field and our regional teams run on, and partner with the other RevOps pillars and regional leaders to ensure planning scales consistently across segments and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Lead and grow the Field Planning & Performance team, developing the team’s capabilities and maturing it into a high-performing function as CoreWeave scales.
• GTM Coverage & Role Design: Own go-to-market coverage models and role design, ensuring the right roles, ratios, and segment coverage to maximize revenue potential and support efficient growth.
• Territory, Headcount & Quota Planning: Lead territory, headcount, and quota planning across segments and geographies, building capacity models and quota methodologies that optimize coverage and align to corporate targets.
• Field Incentive Compensation: Design and manage field incentive compensation programs — variable structures, accelerators, SPIFs, and performance-based incentives — that align with corporate objectives, drive the right behaviors, and attract and retain top sales talent, in partnership with Finance and People.
• Revenue Modeling & Predictive Forecasting: Own the long-range revenue model, annual target setting, and predictive forecasting methodologies that give leadership accurate, forward-looking visibility into revenue trajectories.
• Performance Analytics & Operating Rhythms: Deliver performance analytics and global operating rhythms — the in-quarter performance views, business reviews, and historical retrospectives — that turn data into insight and keep the revenue organization accountable to results.
• Cross-Pillar & Regional Partnership: Partner with Finance, People, Field Process & Automation, Field Readiness, Deal Strategy & Execution, and regional RevOps leaders to ensure planning and performance standards scale consistently and adopt cleanly across segments and geographies.
Who You Are
• 15+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales strategy, with several years leading planning, compensation, or performance functions in high-growth B2B technology.
• Deep expertise in territory design, quota and capacity planning, and sales compensation for complex sales organizations with multiple segments and product lines.
• Strong command of revenue modeling, forecasting methodologies, and financial planning that drive accurate revenue predictability.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insight and operating rhythms.
• CRM fluency and comfort with revenue intelligence, planning, and analytics tooling.
• Proven change-management capability and a track record leading and growing high-performing planning, compensation, or revenue operations teams.
• Cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or SaaS experience preferred.
