General Labor Production - 2nd Shift

Spencer, WI | $26.05/hour + shift differential

Join the Land O’Lakes Dairy Foods team in Spencer and help create high-quality dairy products that make a difference every day. As a General Laborer , you’ll work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating equipment, supporting production, packaging products, and maintaining a safe, clean workplace.

What You’ll Do • Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment. • Follow safety, quality, and production procedures. • Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Follow direction from Leads and Supervisors. • Learn and perform General Labor and rated production positions. • Troubleshoot and communicate equipment or production issues. • Work as part of a collaborative team. • Other duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay Base Pay: $26.05/hour • 1st Shift: 5:15 AM – 1:45 PM • 2nd Shift: 1:15 PM – 9:45 PM (+ $1.35/hour) • 3rd Shift: 9:15 PM – 5:45 AM (+ $1.35/hour)

Monday–Friday, with weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. There is no guarantee of 40 hours per week. Training during the first 90 days may include all three shifts. One plant shutdown occurs each year. Employees training in rated positions will receive the rate of the position while performing that work.

What You’ll Need • 18 years or older • 6+ months of manufacturing experience • Forklift experience and/or certification • Basic math skills • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions • Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment

Preferred: High school diploma/GED, mechanical troubleshooting skills, equipment experience, and ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements Regular walking, standing, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and working in hot or cold environments while wearing PPE. Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks is required.
