About the Role As a General Construction – Field team member at Z-Modular a division of Zekelman Industries , San Tan Valley, AZ, you will support onsite modular installation, finishing, and construction activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in an outdoor field environment, and is committed to safety, quality craftsmanship, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do • Promote and uphold safe work practices in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Assist with modular installation, assembly, and finishing work at active construction sites.

• Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and supervisor instructions.

• Support framing, drywall, exterior finishing, trim, and general construction tasks as assigned.

• Load, unload, and transport materials to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsite conditions.

• Communicate material shortages or jobsite concerns to supervisors.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project completion.

• Maintain regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance.

Who You Are • Construction or field experience preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.

• Experience using common hand and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Physical Abilities • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach for extended periods.

• Ability to work at heights and on ladders as required.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in an outdoor construction environment.
