Full-time Sales Associate, Scottsdale Fashion Square - Scottsdale, AZ

About this role

Purpose: Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while cultivating meaningful client relationships that drive loyalty, personal business, and brand growth. As a Jimmy Choo Brand Ambassador, represent the House with passion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in every client interaction.

Role and Responsibilities: • Represent the brand through client interactions (in-store and virtually) and act as a brand ambassador in the community • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (i.e., store opening and closing, cash handling and financial responsibilities) • Maintain a high level of product knowledge • Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients and ensure the highest service standards are maintained at all times • Cash wrap standards • Client book management • Inventory management • Customer and After Sales service • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives • End-of-Day Procedures (i.e. bag checks) • Cultivate and maintain excellent Clientele relationships with consistent follow up as needed, including: • Phone calls, emails, and thank you letters • Maintain high productivity (consistently achieve and where possible, exceed monthly sales targets) • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed • Associates should be able to effectively cover Back of House as needed and perform various inventory as well as Shipping / Receiving tasks • Ensure visual standards are maintained at all times • Be proficient with the register system(s)
