FOUNDING ENGINEER – STAFF/SENIOR
Location: San Francisco, CA Type: Full-time, In-person
Flowtel is building the next-generation operating system for hospitality, powered by modern AI agents that can handle everything from booking to room service. We just launched, secured $3 million in seed funding, and are backed by Y Combinator.

COMPENSATION
- Senior Engineer: $120K–$180K + ~0.5% equity
- Ex-founder/Staff Level: $180K–$250K + 1%–3% equity
