- Contribute to the foundation of a high-trust, mission-driven clinical program in New Mexico
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed psychologist, physician, or other independently qualified clinician able to perform autism diagnostic evaluations — either already licensed in New Mexico or eligible and willing to obtain NM licensure, which we will pay for. You may be based anywhere in the U.S.; this role is fully remote.

- Strong assessment, clinical interviewing, and report writing skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote setting
- Interest in helping build systems, processes, and standards from the ground up
- Excellent judgment, empathy, and communication skills
- Availability to work as a 1099 contractor
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in telehealth-enabled diagnostic models
- Experience serving diverse pediatric and family populations
- Familiarity with evidence-based autism assessment tools
- Prior startup or early-stage company experience
WHY JOIN
- Opportunity to be a founding clinical hire in this function
- Flexible remote contractor arrangement
- We cover the full cost of New Mexico licensure if you don't already hold it
- Meaningful impact on access to autism diagnostic care in New Mexico
- Chance to shape clinical quality, patient experience, and operating model from an early stage
COMPENSATION
$60 – $100 per hour, based on licensure and experience.
