The Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations on one to two foundation drilling projects at a time, directly managing Foremen and labor crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. This is the foundational field-leadership role in the Superintendent career path: the Superintendent owns hands-on supervision of crews, coordinates daily field activities, and communicates project status to the Senior or General Superintendent. Superintendents who consistently execute at a high level, build strong crews, and demonstrate broader leadership are developed for advancement into the Senior Superintendent role, where they take on responsibility for several concurrent projects and begin mentoring other Superintendents.

This role is located full-time on a jobsite in Northern California and will require travel. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
