Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative Hospital Medicine team at Rochester General Hospital. Status: Full-Time Location: Rochester General Hospital Department: Hospital Medicine Schedule: Night Shift Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in hospitalized patients • Perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress • Order and interpret diagnostic studies and laboratory testing • Prescribe medications and coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams • Communicate with patients, families, consulting services, and attending physicians • Provide patient education and support throughout hospitalization • Complete timely documentation and medical record management

Preferred • Hospital Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or related clinical experience • Highly motivated new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

EDUCATION: BS: Physician Assistant (Required) LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:  PA-C - Certified Physician Assistant - National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)National Committee on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), RPA - Registered Physician Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)New York State Education Department (NYSED) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

14621 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
