• Support project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates for in-scope Fixed Asset initiatives.

• Support remediation of process breakdowns, recurring operational issues, and financial reporting risks by coordinating issue resolution across BD, Genpact, and regional stakeholders.

• Document current-state activities, pain points, process gaps, and ownership handoffs to support transition planning and future-state design.

Process Standardization and Governance  • Support the standardization of Fixed Asset processes, governance routines, and ways of working across North America and LATAM.

• Partner with Global Process Owners and regional teams to define process requirements, standard operating procedures, role clarity, and escalation paths.

• Assist with the development of control-aligned documentation, process maps, decision points, and training materials for in-scope processes.

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and strengthen Fixed Asset activities while improving accountability and transparency.

Technology, Reporting, and Automation  • Partner with technology teams and process owners to define requirements for ERP, reporting, workflow, and automation improvements that support Fixed Asset processes, including ServiceNow.

• Support data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process visibility through requirements definition, testing support, and stakeholder readiness activities.

• Evaluate opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve control evidence, and increase the effectiveness of Fixed Asset reporting and monitoring.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management  • Serve as a project point of contact for regional Fixed Asset stakeholders during the transformation and stabilization period.

• Facilitate working sessions, knowledge transfer discussions, and stakeholder alignment across BD, Genpact, GPOs, and regional finance teams.

• Develop clear communication, training, and adoption materials to support successful implementation of new or revised processes.

• Build trusted relationships across a global, matrixed environment and influence stakeholders through periods of change.

Qualifications and Skills  • Strong knowledge of Record to Report and iscFinance processes, with Fixed Asset experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of statutory accounting principles, IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal control expectations.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE, reporting tools, workflow tools, and process automation opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, process standardization, governance, documentation, or remediation projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate issues into practical action plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.

• High emotional intelligence, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to build trust while leading through change.

• GBS and BPO experience preferred.
