Role Definition Supports the Treasury department by formulating, proposing, and implementing interest rate risk and debt placement strategies to achieve the corporate business plan.
Responsibilities • Responsible of high complexity including conducting financing alternatives analysis, executing derivative trades and debt capital markets transactions, analyzing financial statements, and managing cash assets and bank accounts. • Lead projects to conclusion by compiling information, analyzing data, recommending and implementing solutions, and providing information and analysis used to make and/or influence business decisions. Typically, projects and decisions will impact medium to high-risk issues. • Expected to provide technical expertise and guidance to peers and recommendations to management on finance-related matters. • Produce monthly/quarterly reports for management on a wide variety of topics including external debt, liquidity forecasts, interest rate and F/X valuations, and asset-liability management.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Level Working Knowledge: • Applies an assigned technique for critical thinking in a decision-making process. • Identifies, obtains, and organizes relevant data and ideas. • Participates in documenting data, ideas, players, stakeholders, and processes. • Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes concerns. • Assists in assessing risks, benefits and consideration of alternatives.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
