Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.   Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented External Engagements Coordinator to join our team! In this role you will get to serve as the primary liaison for managing relationships and coordinating activities with external partners including military services, defense agencies, interagency partners, academic institutions, industry partners, and international allies.

What You'll Be Doing: • Serve as the primary liaison for managing relationships and coordinating activities with external partners including military services, defense agencies, interagency partners, academic institutions, industry partners, and international allies. • Coordinating visits, briefings, and demonstrations for external delegations. • Maintaining a comprehensive database of partner organizations • Managing MOU/MOA tracking • Producing regular reports on partnerships effectiveness. • This role works closely with the Strategic Communications Officer to ensure consistent messaging, collaborates with subject matter experts to prepare tailored briefing materials, and supports conference participation and speaking opportunities for leadership.

What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph security clearance • Bachelors degree in project management, business management, economics, political science, computer science, engineering, finance/law, strategic intelligence or related discipline with 12 years relevant experience or Masters degree with 10 years relevant experience. • Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, to the technical team, management, and the customer, the status of work, progress, plans, and potential problems and viable solutions in a timely and transparent manner. • Facilitate interactions between all stakeholders and actively interacting. Good with documentation. • Hands-on personality, take ownership, actively engage with team, constant engagement with key stakeholders. Understand team needs, get them what their needs are. • Ability to manage competing tasks and easily works within and across team. • Strong meeting coordination and facilitation of skills. • Prior government employee, preferably with military experience.

Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
