Position Summary

Seeking an experienced technician interested in working alongside a talented team of professionals with a key focus on establishing and maintaining world-class process/equipment optimization and yield enhancement as a competitive advantage. Role and Responsibilities

Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, following standard procedures and check sheets where applicable. • Respond to tool faults / interlocks and assist in wafer recovery, including documentation and communication to process team members to ensure material is measured and dispositioned correctly. • Work with Shift Supervisor to ensure priority tools are addressed and PM scheduling is adequately covered. • Resolve unplanned equipment issues and update necessary documentation.  • Provide support for new equipment introductions.  • Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals. • Correct and generate SOPs when required. • Work with engineering staff on the following: • Uptime and performance improvements.  • Evaluating and implementing creative solutions which improve performance and reduce cost.  • Updating maintenance procedures and training other equipment technicians on shifts to perform PMs per the procedures.  • Increasing overall tool availability.  • Improving throughput by reducing speed loss associated with equipment performance.  • Reducing wet clean downtime. • Work hours: C Shift – Thursday through Saturday (6:45am – 7:15pm) with alternating Wednesdays.

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need: • Two year technical degree, equivalent military experience.

• 5+ years direct applicable Etch semiconductor experience in high volume manufacturing environment is highly desired.

The current base salary range for this role is between $26.00 - $33.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
