Position Summary
The Facility Services Compliance Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance with wage, hour, and employment standards to protect both the company and its workforce. Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: • Act as primary point of contact for any labor compliance policies and provide corrective actions
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with human resources, legal, and project management teams to address and resolve compliance issues
• Conducting on-site interviews with employees to verify they are being paid correctly and classified properly.
• Ensure proper craft classifications are reflected in payroll reporting
• Will collaborate closely with internal teams and contractors to implement labor compliance programs and resolve any identified issues promptly
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred not required.
• 3 years minimum experience working in a compliance role.
• Experience conducting audits and investigations related to labor compliance.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of legal, risk management, and industry-specific regulations.
• Self-motivated and strong at motivating others.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to assess situations and set priorities.
• Strong problem solving ability.
• Strong critical thinking skills; Ability to recognize third and fourth order effects of a catalyst event.
• Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible, Adaptable and team oriented.
• Focused on continuous improvement in fast-paced, changing environment
• High level of initiative and desire for continuous improvement
• Familiar with Customer Relations, SCM, and PMP concepts
• Successful candidates will be detailed and task oriented and place high value on customer service, team work and flexibility.
• Ability to meet due dates for action items
• Must be punctual and flexible working onsite.
The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000 - $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
