Line of Business: Human Resources Job Description: At TD, we recognize that exceptional leaders drive exceptional outcomes. We are seeking a highly strategic Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and secure top executive and senior leadership talent across the organization.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners, leveraging deep market intelligence, executive search expertise, and extensive talent networks to build leadership pipelines that support TD's long-term business strategy.

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner leads the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise.

Depth & Scope: • Focused on highly specialized portfolio of the greatest complexity

• Works autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized function and may provide work direction to others

• Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members

• Scope of role may have enterprise impact

• Focus on medium -term issues (e.g. 6-12 months)

• Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise

Education & Experience: • Undergraduate degree

• 7+ years related experience

• Expert knowledge of recruiting and employment practices

• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws

• Extensive recruiting experience in an HR setting or agency required

• Established network of contacts in Banking / financial services and executive circles preferred

• Expert interviewing experience required

• Proven ability to influence and hire candidates in highly competitive situations

• Expert ability to develop optimal relationships with associates, hiring managers and executive management

• Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to develop relationships of trust, respect and credibility both with the external candidate and the internal customer

• Computer literacy and proficiency in common PC applications including internet recruitment tools

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required

• Proven ability to source passive candidates and ability to build relationships with potential passive candidates for long term placements

• Proven experience and ability to create networks and utilize social media

• Ability to work independently

• Demonstrated experience in capturing data and building a database of market data

• Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and assignments using sound business judgment without loss in productivity

Preferred Qualifications • In lieu of the 7 year requirement, willing to consider candidates with 5+ years experience in executive recruiter and/or senior roles

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent across complex organizations.

• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and consult senior business leaders.

• Expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate assessment.

• Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.

Customer Accountabilities: • Acts as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent

• Manages end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program

• Develops and executes innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent

• Advises business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities

• Executes on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach

• Focuses on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to TD's customer experience model

• Maintains expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment

• Cultivates strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoE's and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches

• Maintains, analyzes and leverages accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities

• Consults with hiring managers

• Promotes TD brand in the marketplace through developing and maintaining strong candidate and industry networks

• Leads advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet / intranet / social media and other recruiting tools as appropriate
