The Opportunity:    The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a creative and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our Bourbon Steak team.  The Executive Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in providing leadership and management for the Bourbon Steak Kitchen department by establishing plans of character, integrity, and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability of the department, division and Hotel. The Executive Sous Chef will also assist in overseeing all Kitchen operations including; training, quality controls, inspection, food safety assurance and supervising all Kitchen personal in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high volume luxury restaurant. Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings. 

Compensation: $85k - $100k Annually
