Scopely is looking for an Executive Producer to join our WWE Champions Team in Bangalore!

What You Will Do

• Oversee Production : Collaborate intensely with the General Manager and game leadership team to achieve strategic development goals, converting high-level objectives into precise operational roadmaps and actionable execution plans with internal team and external studio partners

• Production Rigor : Drive daily team performance and maintain rigorous alignment with development partners to uphold milestones, key results, and excellence; demonstrate a hands-on approach by managing core EP duties like budget and scheduling while also facilitating essential team functions such as standups and documentation. Roll up sleeves if needed and drive team towards goals

• Roadmap Creation and Execution : Partner with the leadership group to architect a detailed roadmap and delivery strategy; ensure every contributor possesses absolute clarity regarding current priorities and possesses immediate visibility into secondary tasks or contingency plans should obstacles or early completions arise.

• Operational Optimization : Pinpoint critical discrepancies within existing pipelines and structural hurdles in collective team functionality; proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and mentor leadership in resolving multifaceted complexities. Manage costs and budgets along the way and optimize for ROI

• AI-Driven Operational Excellence & Innovation : Champion the end-to-end integration of AI into development pipelines and cross-functional team workflows to drive product innovation, significantly reduce operational costs, and accelerate development velocity; mentor leadership and teams in leveraging AI-powered insights for data-driven decision-making and sustainable production scalability.

• Drive the Game Development Vision : Understand the game and product inside out and unite the entire development squad under a shared vision; champion cross-functional synergy across diverse geographies and disciplines by cultivating robust partnerships throughout the global organization..

• Foster performance excellence : Establish a high-performance culture where production acts as a catalyst for success; define operational benchmarks by mentoring, tracking, and amplifying team’s impact to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, measurable results.

• Communication : Ensure effective communication of project status, progress, risks, and issues to management, fostering transparency and alignment

What We’re Looking For

We're looking to hire an experienced producer who is passionate about organizing and delivering high-quality mobile games in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of game production experience with a proven track record across multiple mobile, casual, and/or social game titles and thrive in managing complex projects under tight deadlines

• Proven track record of working across timezones and geographies and transitioning major pipelines and workstreams from external party to internal

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end production for games or handling major features from ideation to delivery

• Well-versed in various production methodologies with hands-on experience in end-to-end scrum implementation

• Strong understanding of backlog management, grooming, and sprint planning to ensure effective daily execution

• Comprehensive understanding of the game development lifecycle, including the workings of cross-functional teams and their processes

• Experience in establishing cross-functional workflows aligned with overall production processes to manage deliverables meticulously

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks proactively and efficiently

• A collaborative team player who is hands-on with design, production, and development

• Deep passion for games and creating fun and engaging user experiences
