About this role

At Composio, we are building infrastructure that allows agents to communicate with the tools you use for work including Github, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, etc. We are a small team of engineers wrangling problems from context to search, that help us provide the most capable bridge between your agents and your tools.

Since the beginning of this year we have 3x'd ARR, and our customers range from your friends in the YC batch to Wabi, Glean, Zoom and many more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

- partner with members of the leadership team to manage calendars, coordinate scheduling, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly so leaders can focus on high-leverage work.

- act as a generalist operator across the business, jumping into new systems and workflows to identify gaps, bring structure to ambiguous projects, and ship operational improvements end-to-end

- produce clean internal docs, crisp external emails, and clear written communication that helps the team move faster and stay aligned.

- support investor relations and fundraising

- core business operations - you have helped bring structure and organization to projects - you produce clean docs and crisp emails - you can dive into a new business system and surface opportunities for improving our operations

- ai native - you are comfortable using claude to perform knowledge work - you have bias towards working from a chat interface/cli rather than the UI

- typist — you can write docs well and explain complex ideas clearly

- human — you build trust and admit what you don’t know
