Overview:
Provides comprehensive executive support to the EVP/Chief Commercial Officer by coordinating a broad range of administrative, operational, and strategic activities. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, executive communications, presentation development, event and program logistics , and serving as a key liaison between the executive, internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Where you come in:
• Manage all aspects of the EVP/Chief Commercial Officer's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating priorities, resolving conflicts, and preparing agendas and supporting materials.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
• Represent the executive by welcoming visitors, managing meeting requests, responding to inquiries, and coordinating interactions with senior leaders, customers, and business partners.
• Develop, format, and maintain executive-level presentations, PowerPoint decks, organizational communications, reports, and other business materials for leadership meetings, board presentations, town halls, customer engagements, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for large-scale programmatic activities, leadership meetings, offsites, team-building events, employee engagement initiatives, customer events, and other cross-functional programs.
• Plan and execute executive meetings and events, including venue coordination, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, accommodations, meeting materials, and onsite support.
• Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives , determining priorities, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, solving problems, and adjusting plans as needed.
• Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, messages, and correspondence, handling routine matters independently and escalating items appropriately.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, lodging, meeting accommodations, and expense reporting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential corporate and personnel information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and effectively partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and company events.
• Make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature and interact regularly with senior executives, key customers, and external business partners.
• Support onboarding activities for direct reports and new team members, including coordinating equipment, schedules, orientation activities, and access requirements.
• Coordinate catering and hospitality services for executive meetings, leadership events, and team gatherings.
• Plan and facilitate offsite meetings, team-building activities, leadership forums, and departmental events.
• Create and distribute regular executive communications, newsletters, and team updates to large employee audiences.
• Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships as needed.
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively drive administrative and operational efficiencies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
What makes you successful:
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale meetings, events, and corporate programs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience: • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
Assigned Desk Workplace: Your primary work location will be your assigned Dexcom site, where you will have a dedicated workstation. This role requires regular onsite attendance, typically 4-5 days per week. Candidates must reside within commuting
