Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Manager, located in Orangeburg SC .  

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Manager, directs activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirement

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs. • Establishes preventative maintenance schedules. • Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests. • Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements. • Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function. • Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees. • Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • 7 years of related quality experience in electronics   • Experience in Team Management and Team Building • Write routine reports and correspondence. • Speak effectively before groups of employees, manufacturing support, and peers. • Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. • Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
