Job Overview Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Technology Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through technology improvement projects . This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities • Advise healthcare organizations on strategic technology initiatives, including system selection, implementation planning, and digital transformation efforts • Collaborate with client stakeholders—clinical, operational, and IT—to assess current-state workflows and identify opportunities for technology-enabled improvements • Develop and deliver client-facing materials such as strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, business cases, and performance dashboards • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather requirements, validate findings, and align on solutions • Lead or support project management activities including timeline development, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and status reporting to clients and internal leadership • Contribute to the development and refinement of firm methodologies, tools, and best practices in healthcare IT advisory services • Participate in business development efforts by supporting proposal creation, client presentations, and thought leadership initiatives • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth through feedback, mentorship, and ongoing education in healthcare IT trends and practices

Qualifications Education and Experience • Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general) • Expected Graduation: May 2027

Skills and Competencies • Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects • Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions • Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level • Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop workplans, track milestones, and manage deliverables across teams

Additional Information • Travel: Ability to travel 20% of the time • Work Schedule: Available to begin work August 2027 • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US, visa sponsorship not supported

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $75,000 – $82,000 For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
