Job Description: GDIT is looking for an Enterprise Integration & Solutions Lead to provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership for assigned projects and tasks.  In this pivotal role, you will manage complex project lifecycles—including the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)—for the USCENTCOM CITS Program supporting the USCENTCOM J6 at MacDill AFB in Tampa FL.  By blending traditional project scheduling with modern agile adoption, you will serve as a Solutions Expert ensuring seamless integration of change initiatives, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator.  As an Enterprise Integration & Solutions Lead, you will support the business strategy to shape and guide organizational change within the CITS Program to meet USCENTCOM mission requirements.  In this widely integrated role, you will provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership by bridging traditional project management practices with modern agile execution.

Whether driving IT Service Management (ITSM), managing complex master schedules, or fostering customer engagement, you will act as a Solutions Lead ensuring seamless integration of change initiatives.  You will serve as a pivotal catalyst in guiding the organization through transformation—harmonizing technical and people leadership to enhance program resilience, continuous improvement, and growth.

HOW A SOLUTION EXPERT WILL MAKE AND IMPACT

Enterprise Solutions Architecture & Transformation • Lead Agile Adoption:  Drive agile methodologies during the launch and transition periods of projects, including the introduction of new technologies, processes, and team structures.

• Requirements & Alignment:  Collaborate with business users, management, and IT teams to gather, define, and document business requirements.  Align adoption activities with overarching CITS program strategies.

• Change Catalyst:  Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect operations and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

Integrated Master Scheduling • Maintain the IMS:  Develop, manage, and maintain a resource-loaded, logical, and network-based Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the CITS program.

• Track & Measure:  Maintain schedules for all active task and subtasks, projects, and resource requirements. Roll up subtask cost structure to align with Task Order Requirements (TOR).

• Monthly Deliverable:  Manage, quality-check, and submit monthly program deliverables to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) in strict accordance with TOR timelines.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED 

Required: • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in communication or a related field of study and at least 5 years of experience

• Certified Scrum Master

Desired: • Master’s Degree with a focus in communication, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study

• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Experience: • Experience (5+ years) in driving large, complicated projects or programs to successful outcomes

• Direct Azure DevOps work experience (1+ year) and a deep understanding of the strengths of different Agile approaches and when they should be used, such as Scrum and Kanban

• Experience in integrated scheduling using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software

• Manage complex project and resource schedules in a diverse and dynamic environment

• Ability to support the decomposition of IT projects into a Work Breakdown Structure

• Highly communicative with a diverse and profound set of communication skills; ability to communicate across different levels (ex:  Developers, Partners, and Executives) of the organization with confidence

• Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, change management, empowerment, and transparency

Desired Skills: • Experience with USCENTCOM and familiarity with its mission

• Knowledge and familiarity with USCENTCOM’s IT environment

• Knowledge of various project approaches:  DevOps Agile, XP, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.

• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques:  User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow

• Must have experience as a mentor, agile coach, and/or trainer

• Experience executing process change management techniques

Clearance Requirement: • Active Secret clearance (must be able to attain TS/SCI)
