WHAT WE SEEK:
• Associate degree, technical diploma, military technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, automation, controls, instrumentation, or related technical field. • Relevant experience working in an engineering lab, product development, manufacturing engineering, testing, maintenance, automation, or electro-mechanical troubleshooting environment. • Strong hands-on ability to wire, assemble, modify, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, work instructions, and engineering direction. • Working knowledge of sensors, switches, relays, actuators, motors, power supplies, control panels, PLC or embedded controller interfaces, and basic control logic. • Ability to conduct electrical diagnostics and measurements safely and accurately using common electrical tests and monitoring equipment. • Experience using software-based tools for equipment operation, test monitoring, data logging, diagnostics, or analysis. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, bills of material, test procedures, and engineering documentation. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple lab activities, and collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional team members. • Commitment to safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a hands-on engineering lab environment.
