Desired Competencies: • Leadership: You inspire, guide, and empower others to achieve their best by setting clear direction, fostering trust, and creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and accountable for delivering results. • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives. • Data & Analytical Literacy: You interpret data, metrics, or reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure outcomes relevant to your role.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in model-year-based new product development, working directly with Engineering Bill of Materials and controlled documentation. • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain. • Experience leading technical document management in a large organization. • Experience in product development business process ownership, optimization, and change management is preferred. • Experience applying LEAN methodologies such as Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, Stage/Gate processes, or New Product Development processes is preferred. • Expert-level proficiency with PTC applications, including Windchill, and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Power BI. • Proven ability to lead change, build relationships, and motivate stakeholders at multiple levels within a matrixed organization. • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, and leadership skills. • This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
