How You Will Make Contributions That Matter… • Monitor EFV for proper whey drainage, curd washing and discharge • Perform pH tests, records results, and makes necessary adjustments to recipe specification s and cleans pH meter • Obtain and stores EFV and FRU whey samples for lab testing • Observes and initiates values for EFV's ready for unloading • Removes curd fill lines and places them in COP tanks for cleaning. Return parts once cleaning is complete • Cleans and sets up EFV's, which includes performing and signing off on MSS and pre-operational checklists relating to cleaning and setting up for production. Monitor CIP • Responsible for the proper sanitizing of equipment and vats, follow all SSOP • Foams and rinses floors, pipes, EFV's and discharge area • Assembles and places CIP lines in whey trenches and connects trench whey elbow to the return CIP line on each EFV for cleaning. Assembles to production status when CIP is finished • Removes, cleans, rinses, and places star valve in COP top for proper cleaning • Demonstrate safe and quality conscious work habits and follows all company policies and procedures

You Are Best Suited for the Role If You Have… • Prior knowledge of cheesemaking, diary ingredients and product processing • Must possess a high attention to detail and produce quality, accurate work and quickly detect and correct errors. • Ability to multi-task and self-direct/self-motivate • Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes, but not limited to: standing/walking on concrete, noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, and humid), routine bending/stooping/twisting/pushing/pulling, lifting 20-40 lbs., climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment throughout shift.
