Protiviti is   looking for a   Technology Consulting   Senior   Manager to join our growing   Microsoft   team.   

What You Can Expect  

As a Senior Manager,   you’ll   partner with our clients to   implement   production management solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 .   You'll   develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through   using the   latest tools and methods.    You’ll   develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.    You’ll   foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.   You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?  

• Demonstrated   experience with:  

• Lead ing   the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Production modules, focus ed   on production control, MRP, and lean manufacturing functionalities.  

• Configur ing   and customiz ing   D365 to meet client-specific requirements for production management.  

• Implemen ting   Production Control functionalities using D365, focus ed   on efficient planning, scheduling, and management of manufacturing operations.  

• Utiliz ing   lean manufacturing tools within D365 to streamline processes and reduce waste.  

• Set ting   up and   optimiz ing   Material Requirements Planning (MRP) on D365 for efficient material procurement and inventory management.  

• Integrat ing   master planning within Dynamics 365 to achieve   optimal   resource   utilization .  

• Integrat ing   Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with D365 to   connect   the shop floor and enable real-time visibility of production.  

• Collaborat ing   on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration to support seamless product design and manufacturing processes on D365.  

• Conduct ing   in-depth analyses of clients' production processes to   identify   bottlenecks and inefficiencies.  

• Work ing   closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration of their solutions on the D365 platform.  

• E valuat ing , summariz ing , organiz ing , and interpret ing   data.   

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network ,   including with   senior executives .   

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and   identifying   and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.   

• Ability to translate and communicate   issues, risk, or challenges   to client personnel, including executives.   

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,   mentoring   and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.    

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in   a   relevant discipline ( e.g.,   in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field . )  

• 7 + years working in   Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Production modules.  

• Proficiency   in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,   Excel   and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.  

• Microsoft Dynamics 365   c ertification s   are   strongly preferred .
