The position partners closely with Global Security, Executive Protection, GSOC, Crisis Management, HR, Employee Relations, Legal, IT, Corporate Travel Services, Facilities, Risk Management, and executive leadership to design and maintain scalable, risk-based travel safety, workplace violence prevention, and K&R response solutions across global sites and business units. Beyond individual use, this leader will assist in the development and execution of the strategy to scale AI across the Duty of Care function, embedding AI-driven capabilities into monitoring, exercises, and reporting so that the entire program becomes faster, smarter, and more resilient over time.
Applied Materials is growing at a pace that is driving significant increases in headcount, global travel, and facilities, and growing our line of customer offerings. As a result, we expect over the next five years to have the most exciting and active R&D and manufacturing infrastructure pipeline in our history. The Duty of Care Senior Manager directly enables employee safety by harnessing AI-driven insights, predictive risk intelligence, and automation to build a program that scales with the business, and ensures leadership has confidence in the company’s ability to screen and protect its people wherever they travel or work.
