Job Family Group: Market Operations Job Description Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to assist Delivery Driver over established routes to deliver products. Schedule Four Day Work Week with OT Potential Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 7 AM Start Time

Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the delivery of assigned orders to retail accounts in a safe and responsible manner • Maintain good relations with retail customers • Must be able to lift 45-65lbs which is the average weight of a case • Must be able to push and pull this weight on a regular basis and there maybe two/three cases on a two wheeler • Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications: • Prefer high School diploma or its equivalent • Valid Driver's License • Live and demonstrate the Company values • Demonstrate good communication skills • Demonstrate and exhibit high levels of professionalism • Demonstrate sound judgment and problem solving skills • Perform job duties in an accurate, proficient and timely manner • Attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Rely on some instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job • Interact positively with internal and external individuals

Physical Demands of Job:  • Frequently sit, stand, bend, squat, and reach. • Frequently climb into and out of truck. • Regularly lift 45-65 lbs. • Occasionally lift, up to 160 lbs. • Must talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a vehicle and tech device.
