Director, Talent Attraction & Acquisition – Carmel, IN We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our TA function across the US and Canada with a direct responsibility for salaried and hourly field roles. You will set the TA strategy and technology roadmap, drive operational excellence, and deliver a world-class candidate experience.  You will partner with business & HR leaders to design comprehensive and creative sourcing strategies that create a pipeline of diverse top talent to drive business success; ensuring alignment with business priorities.  You will report to the Vice President, Global Talent and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, TA Operations Manager, and Early Careers and Outreach Manager. The ideal candidate combines deep TA expertise with strong stakeholder influence, technical fluency in TA systems and AI-enabled tools, and a proven track record of leading teams through change.

What You Will Do: Talent Acquisition Strategy and Governance • Develop and execute a comprehensive TA strategy aligned to business objectives and talent capability needs for salaried and hourly field roles in the US and Canada; scalable tools and processes for global and plant distributed recruitment network.

• Establish and maintain a clear operating model (SOP’s), service-level agreements (SLAs), and governance across direct recruiting channels.

• Lead workforce planning discussions with business leaders and HR partners to anticipate talent needs and design proactive sourcing pipelines.

Technology and Analytics • Own and optimize TA technology solutions (ATS - Workday, CRM, recruitment event management, automation tools, and AI-enabled sourcing); ensure effective implementation, adoption, and data quality.

• Build and maintain insightful analytics with dashboards and regular reporting on TA metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, source of hire, pipeline velocity, diversity, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, etc.), inclusive of external benchmarks and market intelligence.

• Drive data-informed decisions, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development • Lead and inspire a high-performing TA function, including TA Partners, TA Operations, and Early Careers & Outreach teams.

• Foster a culture of operational excellence, scalable processes, inclusion, and engagement.

• Provide meaningful and robust development & coaching for the talent acquisition team to support career growth and maintain recruiting excellence.

Candidate Experience and Employer Brand • Design and optimize the end-to-end candidate experience across regions and functions: ensure consistency and inclusion.

• Collaborate with Employee Experience and Corporate Communications teams to shape and communicate the candidate/employee experience.

• Amplify the employer value proposition through delivery of strategic sourcing campaigns, campus outreach, and early career programs.

Budget and Vendor Management • Own TA budget, track ROI, and optimize resource allocation across internal teams and external partners.

• Develop and manage relationships with external recruiters, agencies, and technology vendors; negotiate terms to maximize value.

Business Partnership • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR leadership team, and hiring managers, providing insights and recommendations to meet business needs.

• Advise HR leadership team and senior business leaders on strategic and emerging talent market trends.

Compliance, Risk, and Governance • Ensure all interviewing and employment processes comply with all applicable laws and regulations across the US and Canada; ensure hiring managers and the TA team are appropriately trained.

• Implement process controls, audit readiness, and data privacy across recruiting channels.

• Lead efforts identify and mitigate candidate fraud, in partnership with the Cyber-Security team.

What You Need to Succeed: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field required
