Job Description: Role Overview The Director, Supply Chain Operations is a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership Team and reports directly to the Vice President, Supply Chain. This role is responsible for defining and leading the operating framework that enables effective execution across the global supply chain organization. The Director owns Supply Chain operational governance, business processes, analytics, performance management, and data integrity across the organization. The role serves as the primary interface between the Supply Chain organization and Supply Chain Transformation, ensuring successful adoption, execution, and sustainment of strategic initiatives, systems, and process improvements. Working across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Management, Commercial, Finance, Growth and Customer Success teams, this role drives cross-functional alignment, standardization, and operational excellence to support Fluence's growth objectives. Major Duties and Responsibilities Supply Chain Systems, Governance & Operational Excellence • Own the operational governance framework for Supply Chain systems, processes, analytics, and data management. • Serve as the primary Supply Chain liaison to the Supply Chain Transformation organization, ensuring alignment on priorities, initiatives, timelines, and business requirements. • Partner with Transformation and IT teams to support the successful deployment and adoption of new processes, systems, and tools across the Supply Chain organization. • Drive change management, user adoption, training, and operational readiness activities for new capabilities introduced by the Transformation organization. • Ensure successful operational adoption and sustained utilization of transformation initiatives within the Supply Chain organization. • Establish governance processes that ensure consistent utilization of systems, tools, and standard operating procedures across regions and functions. • Own Supply Chain data governance, master data quality, data stewardship, and data integrity processes across all critical supply chain systems. • Develop and maintain executive reporting, analytics, and KPI frameworks that provide visibility into organizational performance. • Identify operational process gaps and partner with Transformation teams to prioritize enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities. • Develop and monitor operational performance metrics related to inventory, supplier performance, cost, productivity, and execution effectiveness. • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support realization of business value across the Supply Chain organization.

Business Process Ownership & Governance • Establish and maintain standardized global processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier operations. • Own process governance and ensure alignment across regions and functions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce complexity, and improve execution performance. • Develop and implement operating standards, policies, and best practices across the Supply Chain organization. • Ensure organizational processes remain scalable and support future business growth. • Own the Supply Chain operating model, governance structure, and decision-making framework to ensure effective execution and accountability across the organization.

Data Governance, Analytics & Performance Management • Own the Supply Chain KPI framework, performance reporting structure, and governance processes. • Establish data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across enterprise systems. • Lead development of executive dashboards, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities. • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve operational performance and support strategic decision-making. • Drive accountability through performance reviews, trend analysis, and metric-based management. • Develop predictive analytics capabilities that improve planning, risk management, and business forecasting.

Strategic Operations & Business Performance • Own the Supply Chain operating cadence, including leadership reviews, KPI reviews, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning forums. • Translate leadership priorities into measurable execution plans with clear accountability and governance. • Monitor organizational performance and identify execution risks, capability gaps, and improvement opportunities. • Partner with Supply Chain leaders to drive alignment on priorities, resource allocation, and business objectives. • Support annual operating planning, objective setting, and long-range strategic planning activities. • Evaluate organizational health, operating effectiveness, and execution performance across the Supply Chain organization. • Identify structural, process, or capability improvements that increase organizational performance. • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to assess organizational capacity, resource requirements, and capability gaps needed to achieve business objectives.

Cross-Functional Leadership • Lead high-impact initiatives requiring alignment across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Commercial, and Finance organizations. • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational priorities and business outcomes. • Resolve escalated issues and remove barriers impacting business performance. • E
