Position Summary

Delinea is seeking a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead the team responsible for translating our platform into the outcomes, use cases, and problem spaces that buyers actually recognize. This role owns the day-to-day development and execution of solution-level messaging, working in close partnership with the VP of Brand and Solution Marketing to bring the broader solutions narrative to life across campaigns, sales enablement, and content.

You will manage a small team of Solutions Marketing professionals, translating strategic direction from the VP into concrete messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaign support materials. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth/Demand Generation, Content Marketing, and Sales Enablement to make sure solution messaging shows up consistently everywhere buyers and sellers encounter it.

What You'll Own Messaging & Positioning

- Build and maintain solution-level messaging frameworks organized around buyer use cases and outcomes, in line with direction set by the VP of Brand and Solution Marketing

- Develop and maintain narratives for key solution areas including Visibility, Posture, Control, Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP), and Compliance

- Tailor messaging to buyer personas (CISO, IAM Leader, DevOps/Engineering) and priority verticals

- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure solution stories are grounded in real product capabilities and competitive differentiation

Campaign & Sales Asset Support

- Partner with Growth Marketing to translate campaign themes into solution messaging that supports demand generation programs and pipeline plays

- Develop industry- and use-case-specific assets, solution briefs, value stories, and first-meeting sales decks

- Support the execution of sales plays with messaging, talk tracks, and supporting content aligned to buyer needs

Content Collaboration

- Partner with Content Marketing to ensure editorial output reflects current solution priorities and messaging

- Provide subject-matter input on thought leadership and proof-point content tied to solution areas you own

- Review content for message accuracy and consistency with approved positioning

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the day-to-day point of contact between Solutions Marketing and Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales Enablement

- Escalate emerging cross-functional needs or messaging gaps to the VP of Brand and Solution Marketing

- Partner with Enablement to translate messaging into field-ready training materials

Team Leadership

- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Marketing professionals

- Instill message discipline and a buyer-first mindset across the team’s day-to-day work

- Establish a reliable operating rhythm with Content Marketing and Product Marketing so execution stays aligned with strategy set by the VP

What Success Looks Like

- Solution messaging is clear, consistent, and consistently used by Demand Gen, Sales, and Field teams as their entry point for buyer conversations

- Sales and campaign assets you and your team produce are high-quality, on-strategy, and genuinely useful to sellers and buyers
