About this role

Job Overview   As the  Director, SAP EWM & Supply Chain Consulting , you will be a  growth-oriented, player-coach leader  responsible for building pipeline and accelerating revenue for 4flow’s SAP supply chain execution offerings—starting with  SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) . This is a  startup-style role  within a fast-growing environment: you will  hunt and shape opportunities , create market-facing offers, and convert executive conversations into qualified deals and signed statements of work.  You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end— account targeting, discovery, value engineering, proposal leadership, and deal closure —and then ensure delivery success by partnering with delivery and solution architecture teams. The ideal candidate is a  credible SAP EWM leader  who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to action, and has a strong record of  consultative selling  and scaling a practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)   • Own revenue growth  for SAP EWM and supply chain execution services by building and converting a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy  for SAP EWM offerings (ICP, target accounts, buyer personas, value propositions, competitive positioning).

• Lead new logo acquisition and account expansion  through proactive outreach, relationship building, and executive-level conversations.

• Run discovery workshops and value assessments  with prospects to identify operational pain points, quantify business value, and shape transformation roadmaps.

• Create compelling commercial narratives  (value hypothesis, ROI story, business case) that link warehouse/logistics outcomes to measurable financial impact.

• Lead proposals, RFP responses, and deal orchestration —including scope definition, delivery approach, staffing model, pricing, and contract/SOW negotiation support.

• Deliver client-facing demos and solution presentations  that connect SAP EWM capabilities to business outcomes and integration across the SAP landscape.

• Build repeatable sales assets  (pitch decks, point-of-view materials, case studies, packaged offerings, assessment kits, accelerators).

• Partner closely with sales leadership  on pipeline reviews, forecasting, win strategy, and opportunity qualification discipline.

Delivery Leadership (Enablement and Oversight)   • Oversee end-to-end delivery success for SAP EWM and supply chain projects in collaboration with delivery leadership—ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and value outcomes.

• Provide  functional and architectural guidance  to ensure SAP EWM design quality and seamless integration with TM, MM, SD, PP, and Digital Manufacturing.

• Serve as an escalation point for complex program issues, ensuring rapid resolution and strong client relationships.

• Improve delivery methods and standardization through  templates, playbooks, accelerators, and quality gates  that reduce cycle time and increase margins.

Practice Building (Startup Mindset)   • Build and scale the SAP EWM practice by defining  offerings, packaging, differentiation, and partner alignment  (including SAP ecosystem collaboration).

• Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting talent; set a culture of high performance, ownership, and customer outcomes.

• Drive innovation leveraging best practices and emerging capabilities (automation, analytics, robotics/automation integration, embedded and decentralized EWM).

• Stay current on SAP roadmap and market trends; translate them into market-facing offers and thought leadership.

Qualifications   • Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with  5+ years leading SAP EWM  programs (design, implementation, deployment).

• Demonstrated success in  presales, solution selling, and closing services deals , including proposal leadership and commercial shaping.

• Deep expertise in SAP supply chain execution across  EWM, TM, MM, SD, PP , and related integration patterns.

• Strong skills in  value engineering  (business case, ROI modeling, KPI definition) and executive storytelling.

• Proven ability to thrive in a  high-autonomy, fast-paced, startup-style environment  (ambiguity, rapid iteration, building from scratch).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel as required for client and project needs.
