Partner Community & Advocacy • Build programs that strengthen partner connection, recognition, loyalty, and advocacy. • Create opportunities for partners to share success stories, participate in thought leadership, and engage with Mastercard and one another. • Develop campaigns and experiences that make partners feel informed, valued, and equipped to grow with Mastercard. Insights, Measurement & Optimization • Define success measures for partner engagement, activation, adoption, advocacy, satisfaction, and retention. • Use partner feedback, behavioral data, and performance insights to improve the lifecycle experience. • Turn insights into clear recommendations that help teams make better decisions and improve partner outcomes. • Measure the impact of lifecycle marketing on partner growth, program value, and business performance. Leadership & Collaboration • Work across marketing, sales, product, partner, regional, and technology teams to bring partner engagement strategies to market. • Influence and align stakeholders around a shared partner experience vision. • Lead with clarity, accountability, and a strong bias for action in a global, matrixed environment. • Ensure programs are scalable, consistent, and delivered with the quality expected of Mastercard.

Preferred Experience • Experience with global partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem programs. • Familiarity with partner portals, marketing automation, personalization tools, analytics, or digital engagement platforms. • Experience supporting partner-sourced or partner-influenced growth. • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in payments, technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, consulting, cloud, data, or fintech environments.
