About this role

About Tia

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

About the Role

Tia is hiring a Clinical Operations Director to lead operational performance across Tia’s care delivery model, including in-person clinics, virtual care, and virtual psych.

In this role, you will serve as the enterprise operations leader responsible for building, scaling, and continuously improving the operating model across Tia’s in-person and virtual care delivery footprint. You will oversee location-specific Operations Directors and partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure each market, clinic, and virtual service line delivers consistent, high-quality, patient-centered, and financially durable care.

You will own the development and execution of Tia’s enterprise operating plans, implement data-driven solutions to improve performance, and create scalable operational systems that support access, quality, patient experience, provider experience, teammate engagement, and financial performance across clinics, virtual care, and virtual psych. This leader will help move Tia from market-by-market and service-line-specific execution to a more standardized, accountable, and scalable operating model across the full practice.

This is a highly visible, field-oriented leadership role. This leader is expected to spend meaningful time in Tia clinics and markets to observe operations firsthand, support local leaders, build trust with clinic teams and virtual care teams, and ensure operating standards are being adopted consistently across care modalities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare operations leader who has successfully led multi-site, multi-market, or multi-modality operations, managed leaders of leaders, and built consistent operating rhythms across complex care delivery environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead Enterprise Multi-Site Operations

• Provide enterprise leadership and oversight across Tia’s in-person clinics, virtual care model, and virtual psych practice, ensuring operational consistency, accountability, and performance across markets, service lines, and care modalities.

• Directly manage location-specific Operations Directors, supporting them in leading clinic teams and executing against market goals.

• Partner with clinical leadership in a dyad model to align operational execution with clinical quality, patient experience, provider experience, and business performance.

• Build and maintain clear operating rhythms across markets, including performance reviews, issue escalation, action planning, and accountability structures.

• Build repeatable and predictable operating systems that hardwire operational rigor, scalable infrastructure, and consistent execution across the practice.

• Create consistency across clinics and care modalities while allowing for thoughtful market-level adaptation where appropriate.

Build and Scale Tia’s Operating Model

• Develop and execute enterprise operating plans that support Tia’s clinical, operational, financial, and growth goals.

• Translate company priorities into standardized workflows, performance expectations, staffing models, and operational routines across all locations.

• Develop strategies and frameworks to establish, improve, and scale operational processes aligned with business needs.

• Identify areas of variation across markets and implement scalable solutions that improve consistency, performance, and teammate experience.

Drive Performance Through Data

• Develop and utilize data-driven insights to identify operational inefficiencies, performance gaps, and opportunities across Tia’s locations.

• Monitor key metrics related to patient access, schedule utilization, visit completion, provider templates, staffing, throughput, patient experience, teammate engagement, and financial performance.

• Partner with business operations, finance, marketing, clinical services, and people teams to monitor demand trends and forecast market hiring, staffing, and capacity needs.

• Use data to prioritize opportunities, support decision-making, and measure the impact of operational interventions.

Lead Growth, Launches, and Cross-Functional Initiatives

• Support new clinic launches, market expansion, clinical program pilots, and scalable staffing strategies.

• Lead and/or support cross-market and cross-functional projects designed to improve financial, operational, and clinical performance across the organization.

• Partner closely with clinical teams, business operations, product, marketing, finance, and people teams to strengthen Tia’s care delivery model.

• Work closely with strategic clinical partners, including Cedars-Sinai where applicable, to create and implement strategies that optimize patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Who You Are

We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrated success in the following areas:

Enterprise Multi-Site Operations Leadership

• Experience leading multi-site, multi-market, regional, or enterprise healthcare operations.

• Experience managing leaders, ideally including Operations Directors, Market Directors, Clinic Directors, Practice Administrators, or similar operational leaders.

• Strong understanding of outpatient, ambulatory, women’s health, primary care, multispecialty, urgent care, or hybrid care delivery operations.

• Ability to create consistency across a distributed operating model while supporting local market needs.

Inspirational Leadership

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop leaders who manage frontline healthcare teams.

• A leadership style grounded in authenticity, humility, accountability, and a commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential
