• Serve as the primary point of accountability for planning process quality, calendar adherence, and cross-functional readiness for executive and Board-level financial   reviews.

FP&A Governance

• Establish and govern standards for management reporting KPIs and metric definitions, including the review and approval process for new or modified definitions proposed by FP&A, Accounting, or business partners.

• Own governance standards for management-to-GAAP and management-to-non-GAAP bridges, partnering with Corporate Accounting to ensure consistent   methodology , terminology, and presentation across internal and external audiences.

• Convene and chair cross-functional governance forums as   appropriate ; build relationships with Accounting, Data & Analytics, and business partners to   maintain   shared accountability for data and reporting integrity.

• Provide day-to-day leadership of FP&A modernization engagements with consulting firms, including scoping, workstream coordination, deliverable review, and budget oversight — ensuring advisory outputs translate into durable internal capabilities.

• Translate advisory outputs and project deliverables into executable internal roadmaps, linking modernization initiatives to FP&A operating model goals and IPO readiness requirements.

• Identify , prioritize, and advance process improvement and automation opportunities in partnership with FP&A leaders, Financial Systems, and Data & Analytics, with a focus on forecast accuracy, reporting speed, and data quality.
