About this role

We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Applications to lead our commercial, ERP and Finance application portfolio. This is an opportunity to shape the strategy, implementation and ongoing operation of an enterprise application portfolio centered on Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite. This hands-on build-and-run leadership role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Service and Finance while leading a multidisciplinary applications team. We would love to speak with you if you bring strong practical experience across Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite and connected commercial and Finance applications, including delivery in a major implementation, separation,   consolidation   or business-systems transformation environment.  

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  

• Bachelor's or Master's   degree, or equivalent practical experience, in technology, business systems, Finance systems or a related field.   • At least 10 years of relevant enterprise applications experience.   • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing application teams, platforms, major   programs   or systems integrators.   • Experience owning a portfolio that includes CRM,   ERP   and connected business applications, with strong practical experience in Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite. • Experience managing commercial and sales technologies beyond the core CRM platform.   • Experience leading a major implementation, separation,   consolidation   or business- systems   transformation.   • Strong understanding of lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, order-to-cash,   procure -to- pay   and record-to-report processes.   • Experience with integrations, master data, data migration, controls,   testing   and production support.  

It would be great if you also had . . .  

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Revenue Cloud.   • Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management,   SuiteScript   or workflows.   • Experience with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations and applications supporting marketing, sales engagement, contracting, customer success, sales enablement, procurement, tax, treasury, payments,   consolidation   or reporting.   • Corporate carve-out, separation or TSA exit experience, including   establishing   an internal application operating model after an SI-led implementation.   • Understanding of financial controls, segregation of duties and audit requirements.   • Proven ability to work with senior Sales and Finance stakeholders and hold implementation partners accountable.  

What will you be doing in this role?  

Enterprise application leadership:   Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance and operational performance of commercial, ERP and Finance applications, translating business priorities into executable plans and reducing unnecessary customization,   duplication   and complexity.  

Commercial and sales systems:   Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer   Success   and Customer Service to improve lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, renewals and customer-support processes across Salesforce and the wider commercial technology ecosystem.  

ERP and Finance applications:   Lead the implementation and ongoing operation of Oracle NetSuite and the applications supporting procurement, expenses, tax, treasury, payments, consolidation, planning, commissions,   audit   and financial reporting.  

Integration,   data   and reporting:   Own functional outcomes across Salesforce-to-NetSuite integrations,   establish   clear systems of record and ensure migration, reconciliation,   reporting   and business sign-off are built into delivery plans.  

Delivery and operational stability:   Lead design, configuration, development, migration, testing, cutover,   hypercare   and operational handover while protecting customer continuity, revenue   operations   and financial control.  

Team and partner leadership:   Lead a multidisciplinary applications team, build sustainable internal capability and manage implementation partners, budgets, licensing, statements of work and resource plans.  

About the Team  

The Enterprise Applications team supports the company's commercial,   ERP   and Finance application portfolio. The team works across Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite and connected applications supporting marketing, sales, quoting, contracting, customer success, customer support, Finance, procurement, tax, treasury,   payments   and reporting. This role will collaborate with business leaders as well as Architecture, Integration and Data teams, systems   integrators   and application partners to simplify the application landscape and   establish   a sustainable operating model.  

Hours of Work  

• Full-time permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.  

• Hybrid position working 2-3 days per week on-site.  

• Must live within a commutable distance of the Philadelphia, PA office.
