About this role
Job Description Summary:
This role owns the product vision, roadmap, and measurable success of Coca-Cola’s End-to-End (E2E) Planning product, supporting Coca-Cola’s Supply Chain businesses globally. The technology landscape spans SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and the Azure platform, which serves as the enterprise data foundation for planning data and the Company’s broader AI initiatives.
The Product Owner operates as part of the core team of planning subject-matter experts organized around Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Materials Planning. Acting as solution architect and client-facing product owner, the role holds independent decision authority over the outcomes and priorities that trigger solution development and delivery, and partners closely with the team to shape the best strategy for implementing and deploying the roadmap across Coca-Cola’s supply chain businesses.
Because the planning landscape spans multiple interconnected systems, integrations are a critical focus of this role. The Product Owner is responsible for maintaining and evolving the complete end-to-end architecture of planning solutions, including their integration with order management and other upstream and downstream systems, across Coca-Cola’s supply chain businesses. The scope also includes the portfolio of alternative, non-SAP planning solutions deployed across North America, Equipment Supply Chain, and Flavors. Over time, E2E Planning is intended to become Coca-Cola’s single global product for supply chain and demand planning, so the role requires strong soft skills to manage multiple System Integrators (SIs) and to communicate clearly and credibly with both business and IT leadership.
Working knowledge of the Product Operating Model, and the discipline to make roadmap and investment decisions based on value and outcomes rather than output, is central to this role.
Deep expertise in IBP and S/4HANA planning solutions, data lake architectures, and SAP/IBP master data is required , as these form the foundation for autonomous planning and the AI initiatives in Coca-Cola’s pipeline.

• Own architecture and design decisions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and the Azure platform, including the data lake foundation enabling autonomous planning and AI use cases; maintain the end-to-end architecture as the product evolves.
• Define and drive the global deployment strategy for planning solutions, and manage integration with order management and other adjacent systems.
• Oversee alternative, non-SAP planning solutions in North America, Equipment Supply Chain, and Flavors, working toward a single global supply and demand planning product.

• Apply Product Operating Model principles to prioritize roadmap, backlog, and investment decisions; own the strategy for SAP and IBP master data as a foundational enabler.
• Monitor product and solution performance using data and stakeholder feedback to guide continuous improvement.
• Coach and support a small group of Product Managers (typically 1–3) and act as mentor/thought partner to the broader planning team, strengthening product thinking, discovery skills, and execution excellence; provide regular feedback to enable independent, high-impact decision-making.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and decisions with clarity and conviction across technical and non-technical audiences, including business and IT senior leadership.
• Aligning with partners across sales, analytics, design, engineering, and operations on goals, dependencies, and measures of success.
