Qualifications • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant field • 15+ years of relevant experience within the energy sector and/or financial services, with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of energy markets, including Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Energy Transition • Demonstrated expertise in Power Development, Regulated Utilities, and Energy Transition, with familiarity across Oil & Gas markets • Ability to serve as an authoritative subject matter expert on energy content and its integration into client workflows across asset classes • Strong understanding of large-scale operations, with the ability to identify problems, solutions, dependencies, and downstream impacts • Strong understanding of financial reporting as it relates to energy sector data and content • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple offices and geographies • Proven ability to create and deliver executive-level and client-facing presentations, including product demonstrations and sales pitch support • Experience managing offshore and/or outsourced teams and operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of audiences, from analysts to C-level executives • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and GIS tools with a proven track record of applying these in an analytical or data-driven environment • Demonstrated experience working with AI workflows and applying AI/ML techniques to data and content challenges • Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of products and financial market data platforms • For U.S. candidates, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
