Join our Easterseals NH team as a  Direct Support Associate , where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. We are currently hiring for  our  Residential Homes , offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. 

What You’ll Do:  

Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time)   As a  Residential Direct Support Associate , you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include:  • Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration 

• Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility 

• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry 

• Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events 

• Following personalized care plans 

• Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet 

• Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety 

About the home: This is a home in Manchester NH supporting 9 adult women.

What We’re Looking For   We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path. Ideal candidates may have experience as a:   • Direct Support Professional (DSP) 

• Residential Counselor 

• Caregiver 

• Behavior Technician 

• Support Counselor 

Qualifications:   • Due to the specific needs of the clients in this home, applicants must be female

• Minimum 18 years of age 

• High School Diploma or GED 

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance 

• Prior direct care/direct support experience preferred, but not required 

Compensation: • Residential:  $22.62 hourly
