As a Digital Engineering Consultant Manager, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Operations practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Your role will involve providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies to drive business performance.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables, while effectively mentoring others and addressing conflicts or issues.

Responsibilities

- Leading operational efficiency and effectiveness consulting projects for clients - Analyzing client needs to develop strategic operational solutions - Guiding teams in optimizing product development and manufacturing processes - Implementing lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs - Utilizing digital technologies to streamline supply chain integration - Developing strategies to improve speed to market and product quality - Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance - Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion - Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product strategies - Overseeing compliance with professional and technical standards - Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies in operations management - Facilitating difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science - Utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize production processes - Developing strategic questioning techniques to enhance client engagement - Embracing emerging technologies to drive innovation in product development - Conducting feasibility studies to assess market trends and opportunities - Managing Six Sigma projects to improve operational efficiency - Implementing product lifecycle management strategies for sustainable growth

Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
