Responsible for application coding, configuration and testing, and works with the team on system performance optimization and interoperability issues. This position works with business product owners, developers, and quality analysts to drive value delivery and will participate in all phases of Agile software development.
Position offers flexible remote schedule with travel to Grand Rapids MI corporate office as needed. Position is not immigration sponsorship eligible.
What You'll be Doing: • Codes and/or configures, tests, and implements programs and packages. Develops appropriate programs and systems documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry standards. • Runs unit tests. Monitors test results and takes required corrective action. • Develops understanding of both systems and/or business knowledge. • Collaborates with the Business Product Owner and IT partners to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for projects. • Aids in systems development planning and monitoring. • Understands and practices secure coding techniques and processes while using the Agile framework. • Participates in structured walk-throughs, secure coding, and technical reviews. • Actively participates in all Agile team ceremonies. • Assist in production support and maintenance of applications as needed. • This job role may also provide facilitation of activities for Agile teams within ITS as acting Scrum Master. • This job profile is not meant to be all-inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; may perform other duties as assigned or required.
What You Bring with You (Qualifications): • Bachelor’s or equivalent. • Any SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO). • Prefer experience in systems development, programming or business/systems analysis. • Coding/development experiences with front-end and back-end applications using C# and .NET technologies, including on-prem and Azure hosted (Logic Apps, Function Apps, Storage Account, Data Factory, etc.) • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Postman tool, Mock responses, API Gateway • Familiarity with business systems. • Experience as a team member on project teams or support teams; experience on Agile project teams is preferred. • Knowledge of development tools, coding and/or scripting languages and testing. • Knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques. • Knowledge of database management and file access methods is desirable. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills. • Knowledge of agile practices in a cross-functional environment preferred. • Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. • Ability to provide high level of quality and productivity.

The pay range for this position is listed below. $68,000.00 - $103,000.00 This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
