1Money is seeking a Deputy General Counsel to join its legal team and help navigate the complex regulatory landscape of digital assets and money services. As a FinCEN-registered Money Services Business operating across the United States and a licensed digital asset business in Bermuda, 1Money delivers regulated products and services through a robust compliance framework.

In this role, the Deputy General Counsel will play a critical part in advising on legal and regulatory matters related to digital assets, stablecoins, and money transmission. The position involves supporting the company’s licensing, compliance, and risk management efforts, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to address legal risks, manage disclosures, and uphold customer protections in a rapidly changing environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape legal strategy at the intersection of financial technology and digital assets.
