Responsibilities: • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients, brokers and other executives • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place (internal and external social functions, hosted events, etc.) • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents • Oversee department T&E reporting and approval processes • Complete budget and expense analysis for the department, regular reporting cycles for actual vs. budget, and quarterly variance analysis • Track and maintain financial and operating goals by distribution channel, working closely with senior executives to overlay priorities with actual results • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Required Skills: • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities • Developing financial analysis skills, strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Friendly and professional demeanor
