Associate Dentist – Bethesda Dental Specialists (Bethesda, MD) Full-Time: Monday-Friday OR Part-time | $250,000-$350,000 annually (Full-Time)

In this role you will: • Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.

• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose   conditions   and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.

• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.

• Leverage digital tools   such as digital x-rays,   itero , and CEREC   to support   accurate   diagnosis and patient communication.

• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.

• Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.

• Potential to also work at a sister practice nearby.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active State Dental License & DEA License, in good standing

• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: • Restorative procedures

• Extractions (simple and surgical)

• Crown & Bridge

• Endodontics (Root Canals)

• iTero scanning

• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
