We have an opportunity for a Demand Marketing Analyst to join our Golden Valley, MN team. Everpure Home is a premium residential water platform and startup venture within Pentair. Our mission is to transform how homeowners experience water by delivering a luxury whole-home water solution that combines advanced water treatment technology, elegant design, digital connectivity, and white-glove service. As we launch and scale the business, we are building a nimble, customer-focused team that thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and helps shape the future of residential water. The Demand Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in accelerating Everpure Home's commercial growth by supporting lead generation, customer qualification, pipeline management, market intelligence, and sales operations. This individual serves as the "engine room" of the marketing organization—ensuring opportunities are captured, qualified, organized, and followed through consistently. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping the sales team win.
You will: • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development • Research and identify potential builders, architects, interior designers, water professionals, and homeowners within target markets. • Build prospect lists using CRM systems, social platforms, industry databases, and publicly available resources. • Support outbound outreach campaigns through email, phone, and social media channels. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria. • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior commercial team members.
• CRM Management & Sales Operations • Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within HubSpot and other sales tools. • Track lead progression through the sales funnel. • Ensure sales activities, notes, follow-up actions, and customer interactions are documented consistently. • Create and manage dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline performance. • Monitor key sales metrics and report progress against commercial objectives.
• Market Research & Customer Insights • Conduct market research on builders, developers, architects, designers, and competitive offerings. • Support geographic expansion planning and target account identification. • Gather customer feedback and identify recurring themes, objections, and opportunities. • Analyze market trends and commercial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Commercial Event & Marketing Support • Support industry events, trade shows, builder association meetings, and customer engagement activities. • Coordinate pre-event prospecting and post-event follow-up. • Assist with presentation development, customer materials, and sales collateral. • Maintain prospect and customer communication lists.
• Reporting & Analytics • Produce weekly pipeline reports and commercial performance updates. • Track key performance indicators related to lead generation, opportunities, sales activity, and conversion metrics. • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities within the sales process. • Provide analytical support for pricing, market opportunity assessment, and customer segmentation initiatives.
Key Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business analysis, customer service, marketing, or a related role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. • Experience supporting sales teams or customer-facing organizations. • Familiarity with construction, luxury homebuilding, design, water treatment, HVAC, or related industries. • Experience creating dashboards and performance reports. • Ability to travel up to 15%.
Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus.
