As a Data Consulting team member in Crowe’s Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver solutions for clients across multiple industries. This includes advising organizations in designing, developing, and implementing business and technology platforms that provide critical value to their organization. You will work with business and technology teams across the enterprise providing a breadth and depth of experience unlike any other.

Data Management: Assess, design, and develop enterprise data warehouses and data integration solutions to provide clients with a comprehensive data solution to address their reporting, analysis, and decision-making needs. This business first approach incorporates the development of data mapping and data integration processes to improve existing systems and build new ones.

Data Analytics and Insight: Turn existing data into valuable business insights through automated tools and processes for collecting, storing, and visualizing critical benchmarks, including creating advanced analytics utilizing Python and R.

Data Audits and Process Improvement: Assess current data processes, create a tactical roadmap to implement process improvement, and create tools that identify, score, and improve data quality, reliability, and visibility.

Interactive Analytics & Visualization: Design and implement modern data analytics and visualization tools (such as Tableau and PowerBI) to create interactive solutions based on project requirements.

Data Governance: Design and develop governance assessments and strategy, providing clients with a comprehensive model for managing their enterprise data by implementing solution frameworks that incorporate enterprise changes to people, processes, and tools.

Data Product Development: Design and develop cutting-edge solutions and products that leverage data to deliver key insights and intelligence for our clients.

Expectations:

Serve as subject matter expert on Microsoft BI stack, demonstrating platform capabilities and promoting application of toolset to address business needs and maximize the value realized from technology investment.

Participate in the systems development process, including planning and monitoring systems development efforts, coordinating activities with other groups, reviewing deliverables and communicating status to management.

Lead and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Architect, implement, deploy, and support data models and pipelines in an Azure environment.

Proficient in SQL and database design.

Problem-Solving: Apply problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to develop effective, technology-enabled solutions to address client challenges, including thoughtfully evaluating outputs from new tools and technologies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to effectively simplify and communicate complex concepts stakeholders. 

Team Collaboration:  Ability to work collaboratively across skillsets and geographies. Strong interpersonal skills and team building 

Adaptability: Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by learning new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and applying them to help solve problems.

Business Context: Build an understanding of how your work contributes to client outcomes and overall business value.

Travel: Willingness to travel 60% or more annually.

Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of relevant rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

Experience in: Python, R, Visio, Data Integration, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization such as Tableau or Power BI.
