The Supply Chain Team

Examples of key problems the team is working on

- Supply 10GW of compute, the largest build out of compute in history. Qualify and dual-source across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.

- Make supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone. Our modular build redefines speed in this industry, and it lives or dies on supply chain. Keep procurement permanently off the critical path so schedule compression stays our advantage, not our constraint.

- Build the most accurate supply chain prediction modelling that exists. Use the frontier of AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with a precision the industry has never had, and turn that foresight into a structural edge.

Role Scope

- Run site logistics for a live build and operation: receiving, warehousing, staging, and delivery-to-floor.

- Keep inventory records accurate at the transaction level so counts survive audits without recounts.

- Coordinate inbound deliveries with construction and deployment schedules so docks and cranes never sit idle.

- Operate material handling equipment safely and keep the warehouse organized enough that anyone can find anything.

What We're Looking For

- You've run warehouse or site logistics operations in construction, manufacturing, or data centers.

- You receive against POs accurately and escalate discrepancies the same day.

- You've coordinated deliveries into congested, schedule-driven sites.

- You're certified or certifiable on forklifts and material handling equipment.

- Bonus: Data center or construction logistics. WMS and inventory systems. Rigging awareness. DOT and freight coordination.
