Customer Service Representative

About this role

The Village Animal Clinic is looking for new members for our reception team for our popular veterinary practice. Applicants should be experienced in delivering top-notch client service, should enjoy working with the public and their pets, and should be able to work effectively and supportively as a team member. Experience with veterinary practice and strong computer skills are preferred, but attitude, ability, and enthusiasm are our highest priorities. Enjoying a challenge, being able to multitask, and making clients feel important and warmly welcomed are essential personality traits. We offer great career opportunities. Salary range starts at $19.00/hour for entry-level and $24.00 for experienced applicants. We have one full-time position available. Job Duties Include but not limited to: •                    Answering phones. •                    Communicate with clients and doctors. •                    Scheduling appointments. •                    Managing digital records. •                    Invoicing and receiving payments. •                    Cleaning exam rooms.
