Position Requirements Description CRNA opportunity collaborating at 859-bed BronxCare, NYC’s largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system. With more than 4,500 employees and 859 beds, BronxCare serves city residents as the largest not-for-profit health and teaching hospital system covering the South and Central Bronx. The BronxCare network provides close to 1 million outpatient visits, and ER volume has increased to 140,000 visits annually. BronxCare’s Clinical Collaboration with the Mount Sinai Health System, its medical school affiliation with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and its 16 accredited fellowship and residency programs amply indicate the system’s stature and excellence.

Case Assignments • Peds, Endo, General, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, GYN, Plastics
Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements • Current license as a registered professional nurse • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
BronxCare, Per Diem- $200/hr (W2) / $210/hr (1099)
