JOB CODE AND FUNCTIONAL TITLE: Mortgage Finance Client Management Group – Client Management Senior Analyst (Level 6) Job Profile Summary : A Mortgage Finance Client Management Senior Analyst will serve as a collaborative team resource, providing expertise, mentorship, and operational leadership to a team of Client Management Analysts while maintaining primary responsibility for direct client management of complex engagements. This role requires exceptional analytical, technical, and legal expertise to manage complex client scenarios, sophisticated regulatory interpretations, and ProMerit system mastery. The Senior Analyst combines advanced loan and legal documentation analysis with technical system configuration expertise to ensure accurate client funding deployment while providing mentorship to junior team members The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in analytical problem-solving, complex decision-making with appropriate stakeholder consultation, and the ability to elevate team capabilities through mentoring and knowledge-sharing. This role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to provide direction, quality oversight, and professional development guidance to team members, while remaining primarily focused on their complex client portfolio and sophisticated client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a complex portfolio of strategic client relationships, conducting in-depth analysis of sophisticated loan documentation, credit authorizations, and legal agreements to identify risks, inconsistencies, and regulatory implications; provide strategic insights and recommendations that influence cross-functional decision-making while consulting with management on strategic policy matters or novel interpretations.
• Exercise informed judgment on complex client scenarios and ambiguous regulatory requirements, making substantive determinations on compliance implications and operational approaches; seek management consultation on strategic policy questions, precedent-setting matters, or decisions with significant business implications, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and risk appetite. • Leverage advanced analytical and technical expertise to conduct multi-layered analysis of interconnected client, regulatory, and operational issues; identify root causes, evaluate sophisticated alternatives, and develop solutions with measurable business impact; synthesize large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities across client portfolios. • Lead the preparation and comprehensive review of complex legal documentation packages based on credit approvals, negotiated client terms, and multi-faceted deal structures, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with TCB's compliance standards and client business objectives. Serve as a quality resource for the team on document preparation best practices, providing guidance on non-standard scenarios and identifying documentation patterns that may impact client funding operations or introduce risk • Serve as a knowledge resource and mentor to Client Management Analysts, providing guidance on complex scenarios, regulatory interpretations, and technical skills; share best practices, quality standards, and analytical approaches; support team members' professional development and capability growth; execute training initiatives and quality assurance activities. • Coordinate with team members and management on priorities, workload distribution, and resource allocation; identify emerging team issues or capability gaps and escalate appropriately; support team quality and consistency through collaborative problem-solving; provide input on team performance and professional development opportunities. • Independently determine prioritization across own complex client engagements and coordinate with team regarding shared priorities; manage competing deadlines and initiatives; escalate to management when priorities conflict with organizational strategy or require management guidance. • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, proposing scalable solutions, and monitoring effectiveness; translate findings into actionable enhancements that benefit the team and broader organization; drive operational excellence through systematic evaluation and refinement. • Provide quality oversight and guidance on team deliverables; model high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client servic
