A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a passionate talent acquisition professional who thrives in a corporate environment and has a strong understanding of modern recruiting strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within our corporate office.

This positions comes with a hybrid work schedule of Monday thru Thursday in office and Fridays working from home.

The ideal candidate will have: • A proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent.

• Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

• The ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

• A proactive, results-driven approach and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with outstanding career opportunities.

Essential Tasks: • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and communicate/instruct on hiring processes.

• Sources qualified candidates for job openings, emphasizing search process.

• Screens resumes and interviews candidates (by phone or in person)

• Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within any assigned skill set.

• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, to identify and attract quality candidates.

• Develops and maintains relationships with technical schools, colleges, alumni groups, military sources, and diversity organizations to find and attract applicants

• Maintains Job Postings (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.

• Manages internal transfer processes, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.

• Following up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process. Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

• Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).

• Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.

• Make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings within an assigned territory.

• Assists other recruiters when needed and contributes to the success of the team as a whole.

• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Process criminal background checks and drug screenings in order to determine candidates’ hiring eligibility.

• Complete all reporting in a timely fashion Utilizes WorkDay to efficiently process candidates through hiring process Observes and maintains confidentiality of company matters.

• Procure all necessary equipment for new hires.

• Informs hiring managers of candidates approved for employment and confirms start dates

• Plans candidate travel when needed

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree required

• At least 5 years of prior full cycle recruiting experience required, in the following disciplines, IT, Marketing/Digital, Finance & Accounting, Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Operations, Safety & EHS and various corporate functions.

• Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

• Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills

• Intermediate to advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Internet navigation and research.
